Sloane’s is one of the signature restaurants of Grosvenor House. In this project, Excel Kitchen developed a modern and functional open buffet concept that reflects the luxury identity of the hotel. The layout of the kitchen equipment was designed to create visual appeal while maximizing operational efficiency, allowing guests to enjoy the live cooking experience in an elegant setting.
